We do not accept returns. No refunds or exchanges on custom items.
Items from our Makers Market are not eligible for returns.
All sales for classes and workshops are final. Please carefully take note of the date and time before purchasing.
We carefully package each item to ensure that it arrives to you in exceptional condition. Should your item arrive damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include photos.
We strive to give you the best service and products. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us via email so we can help find a resolution. While we make every effort to ship on the date promised, we cannot be held responsible for delays on behalf of the shipping companies.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Crafts Made by You's storefront is located at 312 West Chatham St. Suite 202, Cary, North Carolina near downtown Cary. When ordering online choose "Local Pick-up" as your shipping method during checkout. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to pick up.
How fast can I get my order?
Orders placed with STANDARD shipping will be shipped using the carrier of our choosing--UPS, USPS, or any of the services offered by these carriers including, but not limited to, UPS Ground, Priority Mail, and First Class Mail.The typical transit times for these services are between 3-7 business days with a possibility of up to 14 days. If you need a firm delivery date we recommend choosing one of the expedited shipping options at checkout.
When will my order ship?
All orders are fulfilled within 1-business day, and will even go out same-day if the order is placed before 4:00 pm. Pre-sale items will go out within 1-business day of arrival. We do not ship on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Day.
