Orders placed by 4 P.M. EST Monday through Friday will ship out the same business day. After 4 P.M. will ship the following business day. If you are ordering a pre-sale item or an item that could be delayed it can delay shipment. 

We are closed and do not ship on Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.

We have products in stock most of the time and do our very best to not allow ordering of products that are unavailable, in case an item is unavailable in your order you will receive an email with two options. Option 1: Ship available items out first and then ship out the unavailable item when it comes back in stock or Option 2: Wait until all items are available to ship. If we do not hear back we will wait until all items are available to ship. 

Free Local Pickup

Crafts Made by You's storefront is located at 312 West Chatham St. Suite 202, Cary, North Carolina near downtown Cary. When ordering online choose "Local Pick-up" as your shipping method during checkout. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to pick up. 

If you need an item A.S.A.P., you can email or text us and we'll do our best to get your order ready for you as soon as possible. 

** Orders placed by 2 PM EST Monday-Friday will be ready the same day, after 2 PM will be the next business day. We will send an email when it is ready to pick up. Custom Printed Items can take up to 36 hours**

We offer free shipping on all orders over $60. 

Standard Shipping Option

Orders placed with STANDARD shipping will be shipped using the carrier of our choosing--UPS, USPS, or any of the services offered by these carriers including, but not limited to, UPS Ground, Priority Mail, and First Class Mail. 

The typical transit times for these services are between 3-7 business days with a possibility of up to 14 days. 

If you need a firm delivery date we recommend choosing one of the other shipping options at checkout.
